Shipping Information
Free Standard Shipping On All US Orders
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2 to 5 business days) or UPS Ground (2 to 5 business days) for FREE. Unfortunately these shipping options are not guaranteed. In our experience, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. However, there have been occasions when shipping time is longer.
If you would like your package faster, you have the option to purchase another shipping method at checkout. Insurance is available at your request.
How long will my order take?

We will do our absolute best to get your items to you ASAP.
All shipping time applies AFTER processing time.
For example, if you ordered a custom-made item, please allow the production time stated at the top of the Home Page PLUS ship time below.
US First class mail is 2-5 business days once shipped.
UPS Ground is 2-5 business days once shipped.
UPS Second-Day Air (express shipping) is 1-2 business days once shipped.
Double Check Your Address!
Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please double check that it is correct and current. Sadly, we cannot offer any refund for shipping issues due to a wrong address. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once USPS has scanned and accepted the package for shipment, we have no control over delivery time. If there are any issues after this point, you may contact the USPS directly.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship within the United States at this time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, when our schedule permits it! Please MESSAGE US for assistance. Let us know which item(s) you wish to have rushed and we will let you know how soon we can have them out to you! Please include a date needed by, if known.
What is my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking or UPS tracking.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS or UPS.
